If there were to be a Hotfix 4 you would not have to install Hotfix 3. What's frustrating you slimboX?

Now you can be frustrated by Maya 2012 bugs in Chinese! Since the hot fixes are cumulative, will we all have to install the Chinese version when Hotfix 4 comes out?
