NOW BACK TO THE BLOG!!!!!

Let's continue with the exploration of the Source Node!

SOURCE NODES
Part 2

In this video blog we have a look at some of the settings within the Source Node and their implications.  Using these settings you can fine tune and tweak your pipeline.  There are also some more visual examples and uses of the Source Node.

This movie is best watched using the 1:1 setting at Full Screen

The features shown are current to Smoke and Flame 2010 ext1 (including Smoke 2010 for Mac)

Well I hope these blogs on Source Nodes have been helpful as well as entertaining.

Please keep experimenting with them and let me know if you have come up with something you have not seen here.  I am always trying to expand my own tools so I always have an open ear!!!

Many thanks for watching and see you real soon!!!

Signing off!

Grant

Excellent, been using FFI for 10 years and this will change how i work.
Keep up the good work, be interested in seeing you do one on extended bicubics
which i always find fiddly plus a novice guide to the Timeline.

This is the best explanation of source nodes I have ever seen. They always mashed my brain but this tutorial makes them much more approachable to me. Thank You. Keep posting.
