An updated version of FBX 2013 is available for 3ds Max and 3ds Max Design
On the FBX page on autodesk.com the 2013.2 plugins for 3ds Max, 3ds Max Design and Maya are now available. The page also has the updated versions of the FBX Converter and the FBX QuickTime Viewer.
