I have install Autodesk Entertainment Creation Suite Ultimate 2013 and all software except Autodesk 3ds Max 2013, not start. I don't know why. Some one can help-me.
I install Autodesk 3ds Max Design too and have the same error. When I start software after some time appear a error window and tell me A software problem has caused 3ds Max to close unexpectedly. !!!!!
