UPDATED - Error 1334 on file cudart64_32_16.dll when installing Service Pack 2 for 3ds Max 2012 / 3ds Max Design 2012

This issue has been reported to our developers.
This should only happen if you install a localised version of 3ds Max or 3ds Max Design (German, French) on an English OS. If you see this error on another combination please post a comment with the following info: 3ds Max or 3ds Max Design, language version of 3ds Max, OS and language.
UPDATED: For the time being the workaround is to:
- uninstall the Service Pack/Hotfix that you've installed on 3ds Max 2012,
- apply Service Pack 2.
As Service Pack 2 is part of the Subscription Advantage Pack this also applies if you try to apply the Subscription Advantage Pack.

i don't see the dll in the installer. Do i need to expand some of the files, after unzipping the installer?

Doesn't install on German OS either (tried with Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, Vitsa 64 bit)
