I am very pleased to announce that as of today we have enabled the technical support feature for current Subscription customers of Autodesk® 3ds Max®, Autodesk® 3ds Max® Design, and Autodesk® 3ds Max® Entertainment Creation Suite.
To access this additional benefit, sign into Subscription Center at www.autodesk.com/subscriptionlogin. You can also access web support directly from within your software, just click on the key symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the Subscription tool bar. And if you select the "keep me signed in" feature on the sign in page, you'll have faster and easier access to all your Subscription benefits.
If you manage a deployment for a large number of users you can also enable your users to have access to the web support benefit. Contract Managers and Software Coordinators must enable web support for their users through the Contract Administration section of Subscription Center. For details, view the Giving Users Access to Benefits tutorial at www.autodesk.com/managingsubscription.
For additional information about other great benefits of being a 3ds Max Subscription customer please see my previous blog post.

We are encountering a problem with EDU or Gold accounts. If your subscription falls into one of these categories then you will not see the web support feature right now. We are working around the clock to correct this issue and hope to have it resolved shortly.
