For simplicity sake I will reference prices in US dollar as the SRP in the US closely aligns to our GRP (Global Reference Price). There are several local market factors that might make this different in your region of the world so please contact your Autodesk Authorized Reseller for more information.

Today an upgrade from 3ds Max 2009 to 3ds Max 2010 is 895 (SRP US dollar), from 3ds Max 2008 it’s roughly 2x that, and From 3ds Max 9 its 3x (wo legacy promo). The majority of the upgrades for 3ds Max occur at +2x as for most subscription is the more affordable option at 495 (SRP US dollar).

Ok, this thins screwing up my comments. I guess you can't type a dollar sign and the numbers without it changinig them for some reason.

I mean to say current upgrade cost is 800 dollars, and new cost will be 1750.

Hi, Shane

So I want to clarify to be sure I understand. Prior to this new pricing scheme, the cost to upgrade from Max 2009 to 2010 without subscription was 0, and after this new scheme it will be 50 (not taking into account the temporary promotion)?
