3ds Max Expose Transform Tip

Posted by Shawn Hendriks, 17 October 2012 3:52 pm

For this post I thought I would do a really quick video on the exposeTM helper which it seems many people are not aware of.  So here is a quick thing you can do with it that I hope inspires you to try some other more complex things.

Nice one Shawn. I find it strange that so many people don't know about. I asked for this tool back in Max 7 and have been using it in every rig I do since then. Nice usage for it.

Nice one Shawn. That will come in very handy the next time I have to do an animated construction sequence, or stylized build of a design concept. Thank you!

Thanks for the tip! I never knew about this hidden gem! I feel the max wire parameters itself is a hidden UI and could be better accessed and viewed. Hopefully in later releases. But enough of my rattling, thanks so much Shawn.

awesome, its still not as handy as the cloner object that c4d has in combination with expresso, I would kill for something like that in 3dsmax
