This little tool addition just was too good to pass up mentioning. Felix Joleanes has a number of scripted plugins on his site but the two I wanted to point out are is new IK/FK controller and animateable Pivot. The IK controller is possibly the biggest deal. Normally to do a rig that uses both Inverse Kinematics and Forward Kinematics you need to create 3 rigs. 1 rig for IK, 1 rig for FK and another to do the blending on. For years this was one of the main benefits of Biped as it bypassed this problem. Well it looks like Felix has gone out and solved the problem as a controler you can install as a plugin which means a lot of riggers can dramatically simplfy their rigs and animators can simplify their workflow.
A word of caution I have not extensively played with this so I really don't know how stable or fast the controller is but its definitly worth a peak. I'd also keep an eye on Felix he looks like a great contibutor to the 3ds max tools community.

Just wanted to share that with everyone. Go back to what you where doing.

Why on earth Autodesk doesn't license those two plugins from this guy???
Man, this is SOOOOO useful! And the animatable pivot controller even more because it's actually something impossible to do without plugins. Anyway both of them are amazing and should be part of max as soon as possible. :)
