This post has nothing directly to do with 3D or the AREA but I ran across this article that I thought was interesting enough to pass along. It shows some simple experiments that anyone can do to trick your brain into various hallucinations without the usual use of drugs. Consider this post my gift to cost cutting.

Donky kong the home game
I ran across this online and thought it was funny enough to share. Someone actually created a real life game of Donkey Kong in their back yard. I have to admit its a lot more photoreal then the original ;-)
