Heya -

Just wrapped up Austin GDC Online this week.  It was a great show... and getting bigger every year.  There were a bunch of industry people in attendance.  I saw people from THQ Vigil, Disney Interactive, Nintendo Retro, Edge of Reality, Bungie, EA Bioware, Riot, just to name a few.  Texas, and particularly Austin, is becoming quite the hotbed for game development.  It has been for a while now, but it's definitely continuing to grow.  The local IGDA group was handing out printed cards at the conference that listed all of the game companies that are based in Texas.  Check this out...

Pretty impressive huh?  You can find out more abou the Texas video game inudustry here ->  TexasGame.com

So back to the topic of the day....  Have you ever needed to change a character's face after you've already gone to the trouble to create the phonemes/expressions for animation?  Surely this has come up at some point?  If not I bet it will some day.  You may know about the Bake Topology to Targets tool... but I bet you a dollar that I can show you a cool trick that you didn't know about :)
