There are some new features available in Maya 2013 that may change how you use the Attribute Editor. With Custom Attribute Editor Attribute Views, you can use template files to customize the Attribute Editor for specific tasks, projects or artist type.
At long last Maya BonusTools 2013 is out the door. Check out a couple of the new tools that are in this latest release.

Check out a quick demo of the new Heat Map Skinning method in Maya 2013. This new algorithm resolves many of the inherent problems that exist with the previous skinning methods and in many cases allows you to get murther further along in the skinning process with on simple click.
