If Autodesk were a woman I'd kiss her full on the mouth. Thanks !

I must agree. The 3DS Importer plug-in does not work on my Mac 10.6.3, but the 2010 Bonus Tools 3DS Importer still works with Maya 2010.

I do hope Autodesk fixes this soon.

I'm having the same problem with the 3DS importer tool not working, and I'd really appreciate it if Autodesk could look into the problem. I'd like to start using just Maya 2011, but I have to keep my 2010 version loaded because I often need 3DS files.

If Autodesk were a woman I'd ask her why she treats me so badly.

I don't get the bonustools menu in Maya, but there are a lot of plugins in the plugin manager now. How do I get the pulldown menu to show up?

This is getting in the way of my work. I've been called 3 times to renew my Autodesk Maya subscription but how many people are diligently working on this?

It's not the dmg that's broken - it's the plug-ins themselves within Maya.

Could you please be specific which plug-in(s) aren't working?

The 3DS import plug-in doesn't work. It loads but doesn't import anything:
