http: //area.autodesk.com/index.php/member/update_profile/

i’ve stuck here for around 3 hours now and it doesn’t get any better.. i’ve tried so many things in the mean time..

thx..

are you on Firefox or IE? Try to erase cache, delete cookies and log in again.

FF 2.0.0.x or FF3? FF3 has loads of bugs - changing my profile here works fine (FF 2.0.0.11).

NVidia 9800GTX-512 (Driver 266.58).

Page not found on IE6, blank on FF 2 rev11.

This scene needs some fix.
I want you to recreate fresh idea for this part.

Not sure then - I just changed mine and was returned to a normal page which said “your profile has been updated” or similar. Most odd - got any script blockers, ad blockers, cookie blockers (FF settings) which could interfere?

i dont use any advanced blocker.. i think the script doesn’t work with latest versions of both browsers.. is it possible if the admin repair this? if i’m right about this latest version thingy, it’ll be major problem later in the future..
i think i have to look for a way to lower my version for now.. wonder if it’s even possible..

edit:image attached.. i’m not sure if this attachment could help.. but i’ll post it anyway..

I have no doubt they are working on it - in fact I know they are, but every new version of the major browsers moves the goalposts - it’s a moving target.

In Internet Explorer 6.0 i got

“ The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.”

In Mozilla Firefox 3 i got blank page.

In Apple Safari 3.1.1 i got:

“Safari can’t open the page.
Safari can’t open the page “area.autodesk.com/forum/index.php/member/update_profile/”. The error was: “unknown error” (CFURLErrorDomain:302) . . . “

So I think this is not a browser issue.
