Clicking that link in your profile returns 237 posts - a bit short of the 600+ you have according to your Postcount. I get the same number if I use the Advanced Search (for you) with no other options.
Doing the same for myself only returns 266 posts which is WAY less than it should, but refining that search to posts containing “max” returns 332 posts. Erm, you what?
So, it works but it certainly isn’t working “as expected”.

Well, at least now it is returning SOMETHING.
At the time of the original post I was getting a “no results” message.
And that isn’t the first time.

I wanted to give you guys an update on this issue. It looks like it was caused by the importation of a number of databases into AREA(notably mudbox) doing this has screwed with statistics in parts of the database. Daniel is working to fix this now. Hopefully all we go back to normal shortly.

Ah we were wrong. Daniel dug around and what is happening is that the number you see at the top is not the count of posts but the total number of threads that your posts were found in. All of your posts should be in the list anyway but the value at the top of the screen only represents the number of thread which may have multiple posts from you in them. Daniel is looking to see if there is a quick way to fix this otherwise we will backburner it as not important enough to fix right now.

Have I really only replied to or created 285 threads since 19/09/2007? (my 1st reply was 10/09/2007 in this thread, excluding a few posts on the beta test site).
I appreciate that it may not be easy to change the way the search results are displayed, but it’s rather annoying to be linked to a 10 page thread and have to display all 10 pages to find my 1 post in that thread. OK, that’s an exaggeration, but you get my point.
Any news on NNTP access btw? I assume it’s still being worked on?
