Well, you need some paint.  Find a texture with some paint, and some rust.  But before you try to do that, look at some modern tanks, and try to copy those.  I mean those with no rust, and maybe camo paint.  Also, you need to fix the uvw mapping on the tank, some of the edges are very visible.

maybe you don’t have the skill to do exactly the same details in the model, but you can create most of them.
