Yeah! It looks better now. Are you using Arch & Design material?

Thank you :)

c12hris: yes i did use arch and design material (frosted glass template)

Longboarder1:  Im using mental ray, and according to the other settings, i did try to play with them around, but they gave a bad result, so i just set the FG precession to high. I enabled global illumination with the default settings...and hdri is set to a floating point 32-bit (i did the hdri as a sphere with a mental ray texture, and clicked on the “surface button” and applied the texture, so the hdri image can illuminate the scene...). (is this the information you were looking for?)

OldWars3d:you scene looks nice but if you noticed...the trees have no shadows, i mean they are very faint, while the animal has shadows that are not faint. And for the matte material on the ground, try putting a noise modifier on it, and make it have very low settings, just so the shadow wont be 100% flat on the floor :-) oh right make it black and white so it could match the background....that is if you want to…

Cheers :coolsmirk:

The light pole has no shadows, the scene looks good though…

well...here is my latest scene, a photo realistic Earth model....but in my opinion it’s not perfect because there is no ozone layer, that’s because i don’t know how to do it, and i couldn’t find a tutorial teaching me how....can you guys please tell me how to do it?

Displacement is too high on the earth model, only clouds should stick out that far.  I can also see some pinching in the texture at the top.
