I’m only 11 and a mini maya master. I’ve hidden my talent and only told about 5 people and that includes my parents. Does anyone know a way to tell my friends or get somewhere with my talent .

you are only 11? wow, I am truly impressed with your skills. I wasn’t even thinking about cg animation when I was 11 but that was quite some time ago.

you say you are a mini Maya master. Well I would start by putting a demo reel together of your best work and start from there. As I write this I have to keep in mind that you are only 11 and probably have lots of school to get through before even getting a job or going to college.

Keep up the great work.

Edit: If you’re trying to find a way to tell your friends you use Maya and are a cg artist I would just flat out tell them and show them what you can do. I’m more than certain that they will all be impressed. All my friends that don’t know anything about Maya and cg see my work and are deeply impressed.

That is Amazing! That is an excellent model! I am 12 and what i do is I bring pictures to my school to show my friends.
I also agree with passive 719. Mak e a demo reel.

If you do make a demo reel, I would love to see it!

You definitely are a mini maya master. The demo reel is cool, maybe include some wire frames. The characters in the reel impressed me the most. If you’re this good at 11 wait til you’re 16. Keep it up.

Well never consider yourself a Maya Master. There’s always something new to learn. I’m guessing from your render, and you portfolio link that you’ll get into the industry if you just keep working at it. You have some pretty good stuff on there.

Plus, thats the best damn avatar I’ve ever seen. LOL
