I have tried to get through /s http://area.autodesk.com:6666 but got errors ok leave it but im regular user of dalnet so i have created channel on dalnet named #autodesk try there with your topic regarding 3ds max

Did you configure your IRC Nickname correctly? It’s in your User Profile right at the bottom.
