I couldn’t find a better place to ask this but I’ve been trying to log in to the main autodesk site (not the area) and found that my password didn’t work.  It’s been a long time since I logged in so I clicked the “forgot password” button and it said it sent an email to me, but nothing came, I emptied out my junk folder and tried a few more times nothing.  My mail goes through GMail and I’ve never had a problem with it before. Anyone have any suggestions?

I can only assume that if it says it sent an email, then it did. If you didn’t receive it then the only logical conclusion is that you used an email address you no longer have (or have access to). Or it got spam trapped…

Which site? If it’s the Subscription site then your reseller may be able to help, other than that I don’t know.

You asked which site, I’m not sure what you’re referring to. If email then I said above, it’s Gmail / Google, if it’s the site I’m logging in to, then it’s the main autodesk site. To be more specific, labs.autodesk.com I wanted to have a look at Project Photofly.

Site as in the one you can’t log into (labs.autodesk.com). It’s a single login across several AD sites, so if you can remember it for any of the others you can remember that one ;)

Beyond that, could you not just re-register? I just looked (very quickly) and apart from a Feedback link I don’t see too many ways of contacting them.

I tried to register and it said my email address was already in use.  Thanks.
