Hello people. In a few months time, I will be finishing highschool and I want to further my studies abroad in things related to CG. I looked at a couple of options like GnomonSchool and I really like the Digital Production for Entertainment course. But the cost is a bit too high, and even if I get a scholarship from my government (Malaysia), I’m not too sure if they’ll allow me to go there. I have also looked at ThinkTank and it looks pretty good.

I need more options and I hope you guys could recommend me more. If you would suggest more institutions, I’d be very happy, and perhaps could turn this thread into a place to list down all the University choices out there :)

I’d love to create movies with lots of CG. I love Transformers and movies like Tron. And someday I’d love to create things like this, and I hope that defines my scope of what institutes that are suitable.

I’ve been looking for good schools aswell, I’m currently studying at the Noroff Institute in Norway, but I can’t really recommend it, so I’m planning on starting somewhere new next fall.

Gnomon seems awesome, and by what I hear it’s probably the best school in the business. Like you said, the tuition is high, so this school is obviously not for everyone, and considering it’s popularity it’s probably tough to get an application accepted here due to competition.

I haven’t come across Think Tank before, but this also seems like an awesome school, so I’ll definately look into that.
