Perhaps I am generalizing in saying this but I would like as many opinions on this subject as possible.
I have noticed as I do job searches on web that generally CAD artists seem to get paid less than 3d artists like for gaming.
Is this true or my imagination? I worked as 3d gaming artist using Max for 6 years and would like to move more to CAD drafting. Am I going to be taking a pay cut by doing this. I would think maybe CAD would get paid more because their is more precision, eng concepts involved.
