How to Change 3ds Max and Maya Splash Screen

Hey Area,
I just found out something really cool, you can change the Max and Maya splash screen. Just create a really cool rendering, or something, or e-mail an artist to get permission to use their rendering, and then add text to a good spot on the image, the text will say something like “Autodesk 3ds Max 9 SP2” or something like that.

Save the image as a .bmp file, and name it splash.bmp, move it to the 3ds max or maya root folder and your ready to go!
