which is easier to program for making games, is maya mainly animation and 3ds max games? also what would i use to put this into a game in c++ for example, and how does directx(3d/11) and nvidia physx fit into the game-making, i know the programs used, but im unsure how it links together, i know maya objects can be put in the unreal engine, but how would i make a game with this, or what if i wanted to make it from scratch?

I’m doing a video game course, link below. If you want to know some of the “secrets” of getting C++, DirectX 9.0 and X files to work together check it out. The detailed explanations in the DirectX courses will astound you.
