Hi,

I’ve created an animation in MAX and my client needs to be able to stand and talk with the movie running, but I need it to stop at set points showing a still image and then move on at a mouse click.

I tried powerpoint, but I couldn’t get a smooth transition between the still and the movie parts.
I tried flash out of Adobe Encore, but each time the movie runs, the transport buttons pop up on the screen.

I ended up turning the presentation into a DVD, with the whole screen as a single button on a menu between movies. It did work, but the disc slows down between movies and there is then a delay for the next part.

Does anyone have any suggestions please. I’m not sure if I’ve just tackled Powerpoint wrong or maybe using a version that’s too old. (We’ve got the latest on some machines.)
