As a Softimage user, and with the recent speed enhancements in Softimage 2010, in the past you would have to render out a capture to play back the animation at 24\30 FPS. I feel personally now that it is not needed anymore to do such a task in Softimage 2010, how about making Flipbook a free video scrubber for all of the Autodesk family of animation programs ? Change it around and enhance it more ? Since the top three leading animation programs are all under one roof.
