The people at Unity Technologies have just released version 2.6
and what used to be called the Indie version has been phased out and is now being offered free,
you get the total package (everything but the Pro version features).
Anyone interested can get information and download it here.
You will be hearing a lot more about this program now that it is free for everyone.

EDIT: Maybe the term “phased out” is misleading, it should be understood as being made free,
not actually phased out. It will still be upgraded as the program continues development.

Yeah, been using the Pro version since March when the windows version was released.
If you have an interest in making games or other 3D (or 2D) interactive types of environments,
this tool is very artist-friendly.
They also have a very helpful user community and documentation for everything from Editor usage
to scripting. And a Wiki.

I left this unanswered since you started another Unity thread,
though I’m not sure whether you actually got the program working since you were having issues.
