...and it is a legal copy.  It seems to me like not very much people are actually buying Maya, but just download illegal copies.  This is just out of curiosity, not trying to get anyone in trouble.  The only Maya I own, is the PLE.

Why do you need 2 EDU liscences?  And is it a high school or college?  My school would never be able to afford that because of the budget cuts.

Wow, 300$?  Do you get to keep it forever, or only like 14 months…

Okay, I am for sure buying that.  How do I know it is real, and not just a scam?

Well I bought my copy of Maya 8.0 unlimited, Adobe Production Studio and Macromedia Studio from them in 2006; so I think they’re legit. Though they did @#$%$ up a couple of my orders, I was able to get the correct order eventually.

My advice is to get all the Academic software you think you might need some day. I bought Maya 8 Unlimited Edu. in 2006 and I haven’t done anything with it. I am a 3ds Max type of person. If there was a job that required Maya experience, I would have the full version instead of the Personal Learning Edition (FREE). If I had needed Maya Unlimited after I had graduated it would have cost $7000 in 2006 instead of $350 for the Edu version.

- When you need it and don’t have it you sing a different tune.

Maybe I’ll pop out a kid really soon when I graduate, so he can score me all this cheap software.:)
Thanks for the website, I’m probably gonna get it in 3 weeks.  If I am looking for a career in CG, then what software do you think I should stock up on now?
(Maybe 3ds Max?)
Thanks.
