hi, please have a look at this digital projection. could somebody please tell me what program this was created in? i need to know so that i can do something similar. note that the animation parameters are hugging the architectural feature. any advice on this technique, software, etc would be very much appreciated, thanks for reading this, hope to hear from you soon.

From what I can tell from the company information, that is not an effect done in a 3D program. That is real video shot of a projection onto a building.

Any 3D program could effectively do something similar with some complex mapping.
If you have real-world footage of the building, you would need to recreate the basic structure in 3D, do camera match or camera tracking, utilize the Matte-Shadow material or composite in post.

Never seen something similar before. However you can make this even in 3D Max but you have a lot to work on. Take some pictures with the building and then make it in 3D, you need to make it as to fit the building, maybe if you can to make some tests on that building…
