CAT not working after Editing mesh topology.

Hello to all.

My first post here, so I’ll be brief and to the point. I have a Editable Poly character with applied Skin Modifier and weighted CAT bones. Everything worked fine (Ed. Poly deformed along my CAT rig) until I decided I need more topology on Ed. Poly. Now even though the Skin still has weights and I can add/edit them, CAT rig is no longer deforming my mesh. Any idea how to fix this?
