Change position of the pelvis pivot

I am using a custom cat rig for i dinosaur model. The problem is that when i import the model into shiva 3D, the origin of the skeleton becomes the pivot of the pelvis, which offsets the bone positioning.
Ive tryed to move the pivot of the pelvis with “effect pivot only”, but it does move the bone anyway. Is there a way to change the position of the pivot without moving the pelvis?
