Hi All,
I created this rig and some thing seems to bet setup incorrectly in the rig. I have 2 spine links that will animate in Motion mode (automatically only)and will move/ rotate properly in setup (rigging) mode but when I try to animate them with any other mode / layer they are fixed. I can’t animate them, move them or rotate them. Could make upper body animation a bit of a pain ;)
Could a kind soul take a lot at the file (max 2011) and see if I screwed some thing up and perhaps let me know what I did wrong :) ???
Cheers
Mike K

Found it...the spines were set to procedural. I set the spine bones I had issues with to Keyframed and I could then animate them....

Be aware that with keyframed spine you are loosing Procedural CAT motion on such spines. Workaround is to have 2 spines and constrain the keyframed spine to procedural spine on setup layer (animation matrix + additive to setup pose)
