3dsmax 2008 crash when I select output to .mov at network path

When I select the same path at network where a previous .mov was create the 3dsmax 2008 (32bit) crash.
This occurs only with .mov the others types are create without problem.
I´m working with Quick Time v7.1.3

Hi there:

Just wondering if you solve the problem with quictime. I have the same problem. Max crashes after rendering to quicktime, or if rendering to the same .mov file
