I have a simple problem here but I need a quick answer as it’s driving me nuts.

When I move my cursor not only doesn’t it move in a straight line I have an annoying blue line that follows. Now I know this serves a purpose that later on in life will serve me well but right now it’s getting in the way. How do I fix this?

Help me Area, you’re my only hope.

And I apologize for wasting everyone’s time with a question like this but I can’t find anything in Max help because I don’t know what I’m looking for!!!

Try turning Snaps off - Shortcut is “S” or click the Snaps button on the main toolbar.. Post back if that isn’t the problem.

Thank you!

I knew I had accidentally hit the wrong button but I didn’t know which one that was.

Thanks again!! You’ve done your good deed for today!!
