Yo,

Does anybody know af a material, that can actually blend to textures together, in the same way, that photoshop does it?

Or does anybody know anybody, that would try making one?

Best regards,

Composite map is what you want.  However, I’m not sure it has all the functionality in your version that it does in the current.  What version of Max are you using?

Yes, the new Composite map didn’t appear until Max 2009. The old one wasn’t as good.

Go to: http://www.maxplugins.de/index.htm
Search for sciAnaComp

It simulates Photoshop blend modes and is available for earlier version of 3ds Max.

Ya, be careful using the built in composite map, it has a number of bugs, such as…

But if you don’t need bump, then it seems to work just fine for colors. Otherwise, there are other plugins like scianancomp that Tim suggested, a search for photoshop on maxplugins.de is all you’ll need.
