I had activated the student licence of my 3ds Max 9 two month ago, and now each time I try to use it when I launch the program an dialog box error appear:
“A licence error has ocurred. You must resubmit your activation request”.
I couldn’t activate the licence because it is activate and registrate, and 3ds Max advice me that I have only 3 days to activate it again.
Could anyone help me to solve this problem?.

Just follow the directions onscreen to get a new activation code. If you get an error message, please give the entire, exact message, especially including any error numbers such as [18.1.54].
