Hi all. If I don’t own a 3dsmax license, may I sell *.max files containing models/scenes? (I use blender for modeling architectural objects but I want to import them in 3dsmax to apply vray materials on them, so I must save them as .max file type). Thank you.

How are you importing/saving them as .max files, with the 30 day trial, student version, someone else’s copy of Max? Does Blender save as .max files?
If trial or student you’d have to read the license, if using someone else’s copy of Max on an authorized computer, I would think it would be considered an extension of the owner’s Max license which shouldn’t have a limitation as far as selling .max files.
But, that’s speculation on my part.
If you own Blender and it saves as .max files I’d say there should be no restrictions, but you talk of opening them in Max so I’m not clear as to your situation.
