Its the old update bugbear.
Its with every app. The worst thing about updating is taking your plugs with you as an update isnt synced through all companies. Having said that I can crash any piece of software when I first touch it, due to crazy key combos. You get used to working one way.

The ONLY way legacy bugs get attention is if sufficent number of people encounter them and report them.

Is there no Quality Control Department at Autodesk?

I sm demoing Max 2012 on 30 day license and I like it quite a bit!

Did you notice the date on the thread just above your first one?
This thread is three years old and in the Max 2008 forum...I highly doubt that you will get much from posting up here.
Also look at the date on the one you quoted...Just sayin’

It depends if time or space is more important to you.

I prefer space over time any day!
