Hello, I am new to the forum and relatively new to 3ds max. I have 3ds Max 2008 installed on my Dell laptop and I am using a Logitech V270 Bluetooth mouse. My issue is with accessing the pan view tool by pressing down the scroll wheel.  I’m not having any issues while zooming in and out, but when I try and hold it down to get the Pan View tool, it does not work. I searched the forum for answers, but couldn’t find anyone with this issue. Any insight would be very helpful.

Under my SetPoint Settings, I have “OS implementation” checked and “Set Point Implementation” I have left un-checked.  There is a Game Detection option, but I don’t have that enabled. Everything else is greyed out. Thanks for the help.
