All of my school and work programs are done in 3ds max 2008. If I download the 2009 edition and use it, it cant be pulled up on 3ds max 2008. Help, me please find a web site that allows 3ds max 2008 trials so I can get my work done.

Unless you find a reseller or can buy a book for 2008 with an enclosed DVD, or know of someone who has a 2008 DVD, you may be out of luck.
Once the latest version is released, it is no longer possible to download prior versions.
Even if you find 2008, you only have 30 days to use it.
Autdesk/Discreet did allow other sites to offer the trial for download, but the only one I can recall is version 7. I believe they discontinued the practice after that release.

If you’re using max for work, you need to buy it.
