You’ll get an answer more quickly, and others will be able to find the answer, if you describe your problem in the title of your post.

If your post just says “I have a problem!”, then many people will waste time opening a post that they can’t help with.  Frankly, lots of people won’t even bother to open a post like that.  It’s OK to be a newbie; we all started sometime, so there’s no need to apologize.  Just indicate at least what *kind* of problem you have, OK?
