Is it possible to set up lights in a scene so that they rotate relative to the viewport rotations as I navigate around an object?

I can get this effect in a camera view by setting up Wiring Parameters between the lights and the camera but then my Undo stack gets populated by all the camera movements.

Alternatively, is it possible to prevent the camera movements from appearing in the Undo stack?

Thank you for any help…
