Hi again,
how can I cancel the “history” of the objects to cancel the scale that I have done? I really don’t want to re-model again the capsule…

Thank you for your help.

Regards.
Thierry

You can only “undo” transforms (move/rotate/scale) during the current session - such details are lost, or rather they are “baked in”, once you save/reload.
If you scaled at the object level (bad move) then to reset it use Command Panel | Utilities (tab) | Reset XForm.

To my knowleage of max you cannot canncel the history of the object whatever that means.  you can delete the one on the left that looks taller then the other on the right or the other way around by selecting the other you can to delete the small delete key and select the one you want using the left click on the mouse a drop down menu will appear and click clone make it a copy or an instant with instant the object will do the samething when you scale it.

example: if you have two AEC doors and you copy them as an instant and you open one of the door they will both open at the sametime

Scale when used at the object level is a Transform and is calculated with the other transforms after object modification.

To use the Scale tool not as at transform, scale at the sub-object level, or apply an X-Form modifier and scale the modifier’s gizmo. This last method in effect turns Scale into a modifier. Very handy.
