What are the steps needed to apply more than just one or two .bvh files to one model in 3ds Max 2009?

Thanks in advance.

You can use Motion Mixer or Motion Flow to combine a number of BIP files into one anim, look at the tutorials and help on this.
Not sure it works for BVH files. You can convert them by importing the BVH to a biped and saving a BIP file.

Lets start off and create a biped.Go to the motions tab and go into the Motion Flow mode.  Now when you click Motion flow mode, you will see some other options to start off click on “show graph” This will open up the graph view, a little windows in which you can load the motions. click on the button “Create multiple Clips”

i don’t know if you want to do it like this

load up roundhouse kick that is your first clip create another clip back flip

To get a motion on your biped you have to create a script (dont be afrade it is not maxscript hehe) If you look in the properties panel of max you see a button that is called Create script.

click the button in the graph and then click on the roundhouse kick, this will add it to the it to the max box under scipt one then back in the graph and add the back flip

now when you play your animation you’ll have one biped and two actions

I hope this make sense i am not very good with CS just learning it :-)
