Hi everybody,
my external disk has crashed, and my tuorials are blocked in.

I really need someone to tell me how to make constraint with dummies to control the muscle/bones. How to apply them (...With screenshot if possible)

I already know to make the bone ‘stretchable’ with the bone tool.

Thank you very much.

I cant really give you a screeny, but i will give you a step by step process.

1. Make a bone, {make sure you keep its node or end bone) use should have a Bone01 and a Bone02 now.
2. Add a null object (or dummy object)to both of the bone’s pivot point. use the align tool to position both null objects to the bones pivot if it help.
3. On the first bone joint (Bone01) place a position constrain on it and attach it to the first null object (the null object that is positioned on Bone01’s pivot.)
4. Add a LookAt constrain to Bone01 and attach it to the second null object (the null object that is positioned on Bone02’s pivot.)
5. Add a position constrain to Bone02 and attach it to the second null object (the null object that is positioned on Bone02’s pivot.)

after this the bone some be squashing or scaling when you move the null objects (Squashing or scaling depends on which one you have checked on)

to make it work as a muscle for an arm (for example) just link up the first null object to the upper arm bone and the second null object to the forearm bone. When you move the fore arm bone up and down the muscle bone squashes and strecthes/scales.

Hope this helps.
