orientation constraint problem

Hello,

I have a finger with two bones I thought I orientation constrain them to a shape at the end of the finger, so now I have a point helper as a parent to a 2 bones in a chain, 1st bone is constrained to the helper and the shape, 2nd bone is 100% constrained to the shape.

the problem is as I reach a certain point in the rotation the bone flips badly and rotates to the other side of the hand.how can I solve this?
