So I have been trying to use path deform but it alters the shape of my path...?
I try to line up the pathdeformed object back up with the original path and it’s barely close
I can’t figure out why it changes my path....
I’ve attached a screenshot to show how far off it is..
3ds max 2012 HF1 64bit
windows 7 home premium 64bit
nvidia gtx 470 or gtx 550ti

it seems as tho it is adding a rotation of somesort...but i don’t have any rotations happening on the object (cylinder) or the path (line also tried converting to ed. spline)
