Hi.

When I load a set of files into RAM Player they do not always fully load.  In two separate instances 1381 frames have loaded (in todays example there are 1921 frames rendered in the set).

I guessed that stopping at 1381 frames on two occasions was a bit curious and maybe thought the memory limit was not set high enough.  I increased this but no change.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?

Thanks,

Terry

Firstly, what is the resoultion of the images? 320x240 , 1920x1080.
Every time you double the resolution of an image , you quadruple the memory usage.
Are you runnig 32 bit or 64 bit Windows and Max, version number, etc.

Hi Mark.

The images are 960 x 540.  I am using 64 bit Windows XP and 3DS Max Design 2012.

Thanks,

Terry

3DS Max Design 2012 32bit or 64bit?
I have to ask because the last guy that had a problem was using 32bit and didn’t know it was the problem. Thought just using 64bit OS would take care of it.
