Texture map problem with animation

I have animated fingers that I am trying to animate without getting jagged breaks/extreme texture map stretching but just cant seem to get my map from getting very distorted during the animation. How do I fix this? Is there a way to make map sort of stretch the material as if to simulate skin elasticity(so I don’t get such bad jagged texture breaks)?



Windows 64 Ultimate, Max 9 to current, Quad Q6600, 8gig RAM, 1gig 4870 HD
