Welcome to The Area - hopefully someone will be able to help you with your problem. They will, however, require more information than you have already provided.

Firstly - the image you linked to fails to display correctly (for me). I would suggest that you attach the image directly to your post rather than using a sharing service.

Further information needed:-

Max 32 or 64 bit. Standard (Entertainment) or Design version?
Have you applied all available Service Packs/hotfixes? Link to Updates.
What OS are you using? Is it fully up to date?
If your OS is Vista, did you inatall and run it at least once while logged in as Administrator?
Is your hardware capable of running Max? Hardware Requirements

Max 4.2 through 2013.
XP-64 (SP2)
NVidia 9800GTX-512 (Driver 266.58).
Core 2 Quad Q6600 2.4GHz, 8Gb Ram, DX9.0c.

Hello, thanks for your answer.

I have attached the image.

Max 32 or 64 bit. Standard (Entertainment) or Design version?
3DSMax 9 32bit, standard version

Have you applied all available Service Packs/hotfixes?
I just did thanks to you, but I have still the same problem, the image has change, before I had a guy in front 2 big snake, now I have the Autodesk logo with Service Pack 2 written.

What OS are you using? Is it fully up to date?
XP Pro, I think yes, it s updated

Is your hardware capable of running Max?
Yes, my hardware is capable of Running Max, Intel Pentium 4, CPU 3.06Ghz, 1.00Go de Ram, Graphic card NVIDIA GeForce 8600 GTS

So even with all the updates, same problem, the popup screen came and stay there always, nothing happens.

Hope someone will be able to find something.
